At Les Avenières in Veyrins-Thuellin, Gilbert and Annie welcome you to a holiday cottage housed in the outbuilding of an old Dauphiné farmhouse. Ideal for holidays or business trips, it is situated close to the ViaRhôna cycle route and Walibi Rhône-Alpes theme park.

On the ground floor, the property features a cosy living area comprising a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area with a television and Wi-Fi, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.

The upper floor, which is the sleeping area, comprises a mezzanine with a sofa bed (140 × 190 cm) and a bedroom with a double bed measuring 160 × 200 cm, which can be converted on request into two single beds measuring 80 × 200 cm. This layout is ideal for a couple or a family with two children.

Outside, a garden seating area allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding countryside. The holiday cottage also has a private parking space and a covered area for bicycles and motorbikes – a real bonus for cycle tourists travelling along the ViaRhôna.
