Our small, family-run organic farm offers you certified organic walnuts and walnut oil. Our aim is to offer you quality products that benefit your health while respecting the environment.
In fact, the small size of our farm and our know-how enable us to pick the nuts as and when they reach maturity, ensuring that the fruit is of high nutritional and taste quality. The walnuts are of traditional varieties: Franquettes and Mayettes, giving them a very fine flavor.
Some orchards are not only organically farmed, but also sustainably and ecologically, with cattle grazing to mow the grass under the walnut trees. In other orchards, late mowing ensures that ecosystems are maintained.
