Bouillon A
The Bouillon A restaurant on the Presqu'île is Grenoble's new meeting place for (re)discovering the great classics of French gastronomy, revisited with organic, local and seasonal produce.
Born in mid-19th century Paris, bouillons originally served roboratif dishes including boiled meat and broth... hence the name! Le Bouillon A was Grenoble's first bouillon restaurant, inspired by Parisian models. Today, there's no more meat broth, but the credo remains the same: good, cheap and tasty!
In its new authentic and contemporary version, Bouillon A is a restaurant open to all, popular and accessible.
On the menu: the great classics of French gastronomy revisited in Grenoble style.
On the plate: seasonal fruit and vegetables, local meat and fish.
At the table: families, lovers, businessmen and women, artists, workers or celebrities... In the architecture: clean materials, European furniture, handcrafted outfits.
Conscious, reasoned cuisine on a grand scale, to be discovered in the 120-cover dining room, 7 days a week...
