  • Ski touring route

Ski touring is getting famous and Chamrousse now offers two marked and safe routes one by day and an other by night, and a third departure on seal skins from Casserousse, leading to Pourettes lakes and Robert lakes.

For the pleasure of its many hikers by ski, Chamrousse offers 3 routes with different levels:
1) Access to off-piste departure from Casserousse parking area: easy level (caution: difficult level off-piste)
2) Ski touring route up to la Croix from Arselle in Chamrousse 1600: accessible to everyone - intermediate level

Opening times:
1) Every day from 8.30am to 6pm (caution: winch grooming with cable from 6pm to 8.30am)
2) Every day from 8.30am to 6pm ⚠ Don't go down on alpine slopes by night - danger winch grooming with cable from 6pm to 8.30am

Ski touring pass: valid for two one-way trips (Casserousse chairlift, Croix gondola or Robert lakes chairlift) to get to the Vans.

Good advice: discover On Piste, an application but also a website to facilitate the preparation and organisation of your ski touring trip or stay, and to find good addresses and events in sports destinations!
