A comfortable studio apartment right on the slopes for 3–4 people, with direct access to the slopes, and located right next to shops and children’s activities. It features a living area with a sofa bed and two bunk beds.

A comfortable, renovated, and well-equipped 19m² studio apartment with an attached bedroom, located in the Martagons A Residence, right on the slopes, in the immediate vicinity of a convenience store, ski rentals, a bar-restaurant, and children’s activities. Ideal for families with young children.

It features a living area with a pull-out sofa bed (slatted box spring), a fully equipped kitchenette, a sleeping area in the entryway with two bunk beds, and a bathroom with a toilet. The balcony, furnished with outdoor seating, offers a beautiful, unobstructed view of the resort’s slopes. Well-insulated (triple-glazed windows), quiet, and non-smoking.

The Martagons A residence is located on Place des Écrins, next to the Écrins movie theater. Free parking is available 50 meters away. The apartment is on Level 1 (elevator). A ski locker is available on Level -1.

In winter, you can put on your skis right outside the building and easily access the Grand Domaine de l’Alpe d’Huez. The children’s ski school is right at the foot of the building, as is the Les Marmottes kids’ club. There’s a pedestrian plaza with outdoor play areas for the little ones.

In the summer, you’ll have easy access to hiking trails and the resort’s activities: swimming pool, archery, mountain biking, mini-golf…! The apartment is across from the kids’ club (for children under 18).

Pets are not allowed.

Pick up your keys at Comptoir de Dorine, 10 Chemin du Front de Neige, L’Etendard Building, Auris-en-Oisans. Please notify us in case of late arrival (key box)

Check-in from 4:00 PM.
Check-out by 10:00 AM; cleaning included.

Linens available for rent from Auris Service (in the residence):
1 sheet + 1 pillowcase + 1 duvet cover: 17 euros
1 bath towel + 1 hand towel: 8 euros

The resort of Auris-en-Oisans is part of the Alpe d’Huez ski area.
