The Résidence des 3 Sommets is made up of 8 totally renovated apartments in a cosy atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy nature to the full, just 30 minutes from Grenoble in the heart of the Chartreuse Regional Nature Park.

The Résidence enjoys an exceptional location in the heart of nature, overlooking the Charmant Som, La Pinéa and Chamechaude, at the foot of the hiking trails in summer and the alpine ski area in winter.
You can reserve your own apartment here, or take the chalet private for your corporate seminars, family events (birthdays, weddings) or just to spend some quality time with friends: all the facilities are at your disposal to help you recharge your batteries and enjoy your stay to the full: sauna, Jacuzzi, pétanque court, halls. Sleeps up to 54 (with linen and cleaning services provided).
The Restaurant Les 3 Sommets is open all year round, serving high-quality, home-cooked meals made from local produce, which you can enjoy by the fireplace or on the terrace overlooking the Chartreuse Massif.
You can also take advantage of the activities on offer at Col de Porte in winter and summer (downhill skiing, biathlon, hiking and ski touring, VVTAE, Nordic skiing, yoga...). Hiking activities are within walking distance of the Résidence, and the most beautiful Chartreuse villages are less than 15 minutes away.
