Right in the center of the town, instead of an old barracks, this vast set of housings, shops and green spaces received the big French award of eco district in 2009.
The visit of the district of "Bonne", presents an architecture based on the sustainable program of the city. It highlights ecological technics that give the possibility to 900 accommodations to reduce their gas emissions.
