Supervised mountain biking on snow
From the summit and on the pleasantly white-carpeted trails, fatbike riding is child's play!
If you're renting on your own, you can set off on the connecting trails at the edge of the forest, or around the Arselle Nordic plateau.
Three options to choose from:
- Descent of the Croix de Chamrousse: meet at 7:30 a.m. to join a state-qualified instructor as the ski area wakes up. Climb to the top of the Croix de Chamrousse with the ski patrollers, and admire a 360° panorama of the snow-covered mountains before getting on your fatbike. You'll then embark on a descent on snow, an original experience that combines thrills and fun.
The activity lasts around 1h30 and is accessible to participants measuring at least 1.60 m.
- Tour de l'Arselle: this 2-hour excursion takes you through pastoral landscapes and snow-covered woods, to the heart of this emblematic peat bog. Along the way, keep your eyes peeled for the chance to spot the wildlife that inhabits these unspoilt surroundings.
Accessible to participants at least 1.60 m tall, this tour combines nature discovery with unique sensations on snow.
- Self-guided equipment hire available for 45€ per morning or afternoon (GPX track supplied).
