In a quiet environment on shared wooded and enclosed land, an independent gîte for 6 people on garden level, adjoining the owners' house. Superb view of the Oisans mountains and close to the town with all amenities.

This 70 m² gîte is ideally located in the verdant plain of Bourg-d'Oisans, near the ski resorts of Vaujany, Alpe d'Huez (20 minutes) and Les Deux Alpes (25 minutes).

The new Eau d'Olle Express cable car is a 7-minute drive away, giving guests easy access to the Alpe d'Huez resort.

Oisans is a huge playground, with magnificent hikes, mythical passes (Croix de Fer, Sabot, Galibier, Lautaret and many more) and mountain bike trails.

The gîte comprises:
* a living room with flat screen TV opening onto the terrace and the garden with trees.
* a fully equipped kitchen area (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc.)
* a sleeping alcove with 2 bunk beds.
* 2 bedrooms (1 with a 140 cm double bed and 1 with 2 single beds)
* a shower room with WC
* a separate toilet with washbasin.
* A secure room for bikes and skis

Shared grounds with the owners, not overlooked, with children's play equipment (swing, slide). Garden furniture and a barbecue are available, as well as a private car park outside the property.

From Grenoble, take the N85 to Vizille then the N91 towards Bourg d'Oisans. Pass Rochetaillée, then at Les Sables, turn right onto Chemin de Farfayet and drive to the 4th house on your right (white gate and Gîtes de France sign).
