Located in the heart of the Oisans massif, in a quiet environment that is perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities, this spacious and stylish detached house totals 102 m2. It is on a private plot of land, has its own terrace and is close to all amenities.

On the ground floor:
-a fully equipped kitchen area opening onto a dining room and living room with wood stove and double sofa bed, TV/internet box, 2 TVs.
- 2 bathrooms with shower and 1 toilet
- a reading corner
- 1 bedroom with 2x 2 bunk beds (with steps to the top bed)
Underfloor heating on the whole ground floor.

On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with double bed, storage space and a balcony.

We have a secure storage room for bikes and other sports equipment (such as skis) and a bike repair kit for use by guests.

12km from Alpe d'Huez and 20 minutes from Les Deux Alpes and 5 minutes walk from the summer swimming pool, the house is centrally located for all activities, including paragliding, cycling, hiking, climbing and rafting.
