-a fabulous, bright and comfortable open-plan living/kitchen/dining area, with French windows leading to the garden and stunning mountain views.

-an elegantly decorated master bedroom with sitting area and bathroom with shower.

The kitchen is very well equipped: hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster etc...

The dining room features a large table for 10 guests, a bar with high stools and the living room has a large, comfortable sofa in front of the wood-burning stove, a wall-mounted TV with local channels.

On the second floor you'll find:

-3 spacious, comfortable bedrooms, beautifully decorated with good-quality bedding.
*1 room with a 180cm double bed and 2 90cm single beds.

An ideal location for cyclists wishing to cover the famous cols, and for skiers who are just 400m from the new Eau d'Olle Express gondola, which takes you to the Oz 3300 / Alpe d'Huez slopes in less than 8 minutes!
