Beautiful duplex apartment entirely renovated in Gresse-en-Vercors (Alpes du Nord/Vercors), family resort.
45 m², ** for 4 people, max. 6 people, fully equipped, 10 min walk to village and slopes.

Grocery store, bakery, movie theater, restaurant, pizzeria, public swimming pool: all right below the residence.

Our 45 m² apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Les Dolomites A residence (no elevator, but pedestrian access from the back of the building leads directly to the 2nd floor).

It was completely renovated in 2023 (with double-glazed windows, roller shutters, and top-notch insulation), spans two floors, and can accommodate 6 people.
