Each day, our chef creates a menu featuring a starter, a main course, and a dessert.
As the seasons change and depending on the available produce, the Chef creates generous and authentic cuisine, favouring short supply chains and local producers whenever possible.
Originally from Haute-Savoie, he brings subtle Alpine influences to his creations while respecting the flavours of the Isère region.
