The park of the castle is a pleasant place to walk, whose current layout dates from 1853. This 8-hectare green setting is composed of remarkable bicentennial trees and multiple species of flowers and shrubs.

In 1853, the Marquis of the time, Rayond-Ismidon-Marie de Bérenger, with a passion for horticulture, redesigned the Château's park in the English style to create a romantic atmosphere and poetic views over the Vercors and Chartreuse massifs: over 3,000 trees and shrubs were planted, including the majestic Cedar of Lebanon. The park, the fruit of centuries of evolution, is now a protected heritage site listed as a Monument Historique.

Discover the themed free trails, during park opening hours:
- Discovering the park and its animals: a fun trail enriched with riddles about flora and fauna. Educational booklet required, sold on site for €2 (pencil included).
- Sentier du hameau des Reines (Queens' hamlet trail): self-guided walk, with information panels on the beehives and their inhabitants.
