Fishing on the Guiers river
The Guiers river is a mix of quiet water and rapids, at the confluence of the Rhône. Well known for the fly fishing, this river was the favorite fishing place of Winston Churchill.
Isère and Savoie 1st and 2nd category fishing licenses + Guiers river reciprocity stamp available at the Vals du Dauphiné Tourist Offices in Pont-de-Beauvoisin and La Tour du Pin.
