Fishing at the étangs de la Serre
The étangs de la Serre are made up of 3 lakes surrounded by trees. Different facilities are available on site. The east side is bordered by the Via-Rhôna.
There are footpaths around the lakes.
Much of the site (but not all) is within Sensitive Natural Area (ENS) of the Save. Applicable regulations for the étangs de la Serre can be viewed on site.
With regards to fishing, it is specified that:
- Fishing is authorised for all holders of a valid fishing permit;
- The national regulations for second category fishing apply at the étangs de Serre, which are open all year for fishing;
- Fishing is not allowed throughout the entire site, permitted areas are indicated the maps displayed on site;
- Night fishing and bait boats not allowed. Float tubes are not allowed on the water;
-The site and fishing on the site are monitored.
