Fishing at the Vallons private lake
Fishing at Lac des Vallons in Chamrousse.
Private fishing permit available for purchase at tourist information offices (AAPPMA or FDAAPPMA fishing permits are not valid here).

In a landscape surrounded by fir trees, relax and enjoy the lake and its mountain and valley views for fishing.
Stocking: trout (maximum 3 trout per person per day).
Cork fishing (fly and spoon fishing prohibited).
Equipment hire available from the Sgambato.fr skiset store in Chamrousse 1650 - Recoin.
Lac des Vallons is accessible on foot, starting from the resort at Chamrousse 1750 - Roche Béranger: easy hike (green level, 45 minutes one way and 1h20 round trip, 90m ascent D+ and 40m D-).
Dogs allowed on leash only, swimming prohibited.
☆ The little extra: the "hiking star" summer medal for children!
On presentation of a photo taken at the hiking site, brave little hikers will be awarded a personal diploma + possible purchase of a bronze "lac des Vallons" star to hang proudly from the backpack (on sale for €3 at Tourist Offices).
