Organic vegetable production in Le Sappey, sold in the village square on Friday afternoons from 4pm to 7pm.
Les Bottes Vertes is a small-scale, certified organic market-garden farm. I work alone, growing a variety of vegetables and small fruits (blackcurrants, redcurrants, strawberries and raspberries) from spring to late autumn. Sales take place at the Sappey-en-Chartreuse market on Fridays.
Open-field vegetables, market gardening under cover, red berries.
