With respect for the environment and following the principles of sustainable agriculture, the team produce around sixty different vegetables over the twelve months of the year. We grow vegetables according to their natural rhythm.
All our fresh vegetables are picked the day before to be sold the next day, to guarantee the authenticity of the taste and all the benefits of the vegetable.
