La Plume de l'Oiseau was born.
A place to meet and exchange ideas; a small gîte in the heart of a wild territory.
A growing passion for botany.
A diploma from the ARH school (Association pour le Renouveau de l'Herboristerie).
La Plume de l'Oiseau takes to the flora.
The reception area also becomes a place for the production and processing
of aromatic and medicinal plants.
Valérie has become a herbalist-picker.
She picks wild or cultivated plants in this mountainous region offering a wealth of flora.
She is respectful of the sites she visits and of the environment.
Hand-picking, natural drying and processing are meticulously and ethically practiced to preserve and pass on the original properties of each plant.
