Wood sculpting for beginners
Pierre Gioria offers an introductory course to wood sculpting by learning about bas-relief. You will learn how to work and respect the constraints of hard material to produce a specific figure… your first work of art in wood.
Pierre Gioria is a sculptor based in Rioupéroux. Inspired by surrealism, mythology and nature, his creations take on acidic or voluptuous forms. Each work is made from natural materials: wood, stone, clay or plaster.
Duration: 1h for children's workshops and 2h to 3h for adult workshops.
Good to know
Possibility of demosntration outside the workshop for groups, half a day to a day. Between 75 € and 100 €.

From Bourg d’Oisans, take the RD 1091 towards Grenoble. Go through Rioupéroux and turn right to La Salinière. Continue up to the village. Next to the school, take the Rue Champ Brochin on the right. My house is no. 21.
