In a quiet, wooded setting, character gîte on 3 levels in a haven of peace with grounds, panoramic view and independent entrance.

First floor: entrance hall, living room with access to the garden, fully-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven, wood-burning stove, microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood, 3 ceramic hobs, filter coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster.
Laundry room with l-linen, wc-washbasin.
Tv, Wifi. Electric heating. On 1st floor, shower-room-wc, Ch.1 with double bed. On 2nd floor, Ch.2 with 3 single beds. Ch.3 with a double bed and an umbrella bed. Grassed grounds, wooded park, covered barbecue area and garden furniture. Water point in the park and pets on request. Storage for bikes and motorcycles on request. Communal parking and 1 private parking space. Close to the owner's house and two other gîtes n°429101 and 429102 for 2 and 4 people. Ideal for trailers and hikers.
Cyclists & bikers welcome.
Numerous hiking and mountain bike trails from the gîte.
Things to see and do: Himalayan footbridges, Lake Monteynard and its cruise boat La Mira, adventure trails, paragliding... Réserve des Hauts Plateaux, Mont Aiguille, cross-country skiing in Chichilianne and downhill/downhill skiing in Gresse en Vercors. From Grenoble, quick freeway access to Monestier de Clermont via A51. Household linen and towels included. Beds made up on arrival. Pets on request.
