La Salle Noire

Since 2011, the SALLE NOIRE, located in the former Cémoi factory in Grenoble, has been the creative home of the Cie des Barbarins Fourchus: a performance space, a multidisciplinary laboratory, a place for experimentation and artistic encounters.

La Salle Noire, a unique venue in Grenoble, is a cultural space run by a collective of independent artists with a strong identity. It's a place that puts people at the heart of the "debate" and offers a wide range of shows and musical proposals.
The Salle Noire project revolves around the creative and cultural development work carried out by the collective. It includes cross-fertilization with other artistic teams.
A place for socializing, it is open to the public through regular meetings, based on the collective's proposals, but also in partnership with local structures for collaborations, meetings, exchanges and workshops in artistic practices, or by making the hall available.
