Following bad weather in the summer of 2024, the route of the greenway was partially modified. Work is in progress, but it is currently accessible as far as Lac de Buclet.
Cyclists and pedestrians will thrive in this secure space, far from the exhausts. Your trips from one valley to another will have a real vacation feel thanks to the greenway!
Leading you from Allemond to Venosc, through Le Bourg-d'Oisans, the greenway is a true link between Oisans' 6 valleys and its iconic mountain passes !
Here is the unique occasion to cross the Romanche lowland away from the traffic. Don't miss the opportunity to get away from the main road to discover the Romanche plain, or to reach the miscellaneous markets.
From le Bourg-d'Oisans to Venosc the greenway goes along the cliff to the Pisse waterfall before winding along the Vénéon banks. The glacier blue water will take you company to reach Venosc and its numerous craftsmen.
For a family stroll we advise you to take your time and stop by to meet the craftsmen, producers and museums of the Route des Savoir-Faire all along the greenway.
You will encounter a steep uphill / downhill for 1 km between Le Bourg-d'Oisans and Venosc
A greenway is a safe area solely for use by bicycles, pedestrians and horse riders, etc., excluding any motor vehicles.
