We are Véronique and Clément. Our real estate adventure began in 2013, when we started renting out an independent part of our own house. We learned a lot from this experience, which gave us the desire to continue!
In the same building as our main home, we came across a small apartment that had been abandoned for several years. We bought it and fully renovated it, Véronique taking care of the layout, comfort, and decoration, and me handling the renovation work. We made a great team for this project!
