Balcon de Belledonne
Perched at 1100 m in altitude, the Balcon de Belledonne welcomes you into an organic cocoon designed in the 1960s, and celebrated today through two architectural labels—"Remarkable Contemporary Architecture" and "Heritage in Isère."
The Balcon de Belledonne is an authentic 1960s bubble house, entirely private and restored, ideally located for an exceptional nature stay with panoramic views onto the Chartreuse mountains and the Northern Alps.
Outside, the house has a round terrace with barbecue for unforgettable evenings. It is also located on a large plot of land of 3000 m2 on the edge of a forest and with abundant native flowers and plants. A small gate gives direct access to several hiking trails. Private parking for up to three vehicles is located on the property.
Le Balcon de Belledonne is a popular choice for lovers of nature, unique architecture, and peace and quiet, and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Bed sheets and towels are included in the rental, as well as kitchen essentials and toiletries.
Please note:
- Le Balcon de Belledonne welcomes you in French and English.
- The small annex bubbles and the pool, visible in the photos, are under restoration and not accessible during rentals.
- Animals are not allowed due to owners' allergies.
