In a hamlet, 3 km from Allevard-les-Bains, at an altitude of 600 m, you will find this bright, elegant, spacious house in an exceptional setting, with magnificent mountain views. The house is divided into 2 apartments of 80m² each.

This mountain-style accommodation for 4 people is rated 4 stars. You will have exclusive use of it, but you also have the possibility of renting the entire house for 10 to 12 people on a 1500 m² plot.

You'll love the large, bright living room with two sofas, including a 2-seater and a 3-seater, as well as a TV and desk area.

For cooking, a large, fully-equipped kitchen awaits you with everything you need for a successful stay, as well as a sofa, two armchairs and a small coffee table.

The first bedroom has 2 comfortable single beds. The second bedroom is spacious, with an equally comfortable double bed. It is also possible to convert the sofa into a double bed in the living room.

Plus: a furnished balcony with unobstructed mountain views is available, with a dining and sitting area, as well as access to the garden with a dining and sitting area.
A private courtyard in front of the house serves as a parking area. You can also use a storage room for your various equipment.

During your stay :

The owners are not on site, but will be present during arrivals and departures, and will also be available by telephone for any advice.

Numerous activities are available nearby, including :
skiing in winter, the ice rink in Allevard and in summer, road biking, mountain biking, climbing, paragliding (paragliding school: Allevard les Bains), hiking, trail running.

You can also sign up for wellness packages (spa, sauna, massage, etc.) and a fitness area with a coach at the Allevard thermal baths. There's also a casino and cinema in Allevard.

In winter, you can go downhill skiing at the Collet d'Allevard ski resort or at 7 Laux-Pleynet, 15 km away. Le Collet d'Allevard also offers night skiing, and there's a shuttle service to the ski resorts. Ski touring and cross-country skiing at Crêt du Poulet (or La Feclaz).

Various activities are available for children:
In summer: swimming at Allevard, Lac de Détrier (3 km) or Lac de la Mirande, accrobranche at Saint-Pierre d'Allevard, horse and pony riding at La Mirande, or summer tobogganing at Le Pleynet.
In winter: skiing, skating, tobogganing, dog sledding....

Freydon est un petit hameau, calme en montagne à 3 km d’Allevard dans le massif de Belledone. Freydon se trouve à 20 km de Crolles, à 40 km de Grenoble, à 40 km du Bourget du lac, à 30 km de Chambéry et à 6 km de la Savoie, à 10 km de la station de ski du Collet, à 15 km du Pleynet, les sept Laux. Il y a une navette pour aller dans les stations de ski.

Allevard les bains est une station thermale. Il y a de nombreuses possibilités de ballades sportives ou familiales (Belledonne, Chartreuse, Savoie).
Vous pouvez partir directement à pied ou en VTT de la maison sans prendre la voiture.
