BAGELSTEIN ISN'T JUST A HOLE IN A LOAF OF BREAD.

Bagelstein is also built on two key pillars that we stake everything on:
– First off, that non-conformist, cheeky, borderline identity you’re all familiar with. We don’t just settle for mindlessly filling our (dear) customers’ bellies; we aim to create a mini-revolution in their (dear) brains, to move them and make them laugh. In short, we want something to happen inside them, you know.
– None of this would make any sense if what we served them wasn’t absolutely delicious.
That’s why we make everything ourselves. Apart from the doughnuts (frozen and greasy, but so good…), everything sold in our shops is made by our bakers and pastry chefs. And because, as well as being pretentious, we’re extremely paranoid: we think freezers ruin our products, do them harm… So they’re not our mates and we don’t freeze anything.
