Welcome to Ysalice's B&B in our adobe farmhouse at 700m altitude in the heart of the hamlet of Saint Sixte Le Lac, in the commune of Merlas, the village with three bell towers. Just a stone's throw from the small lake and castle ruins in the Chartreuse park.

Situated close to numerous viewpoints over the Valdaine and the Chartreuse Massif, we're at the start of many hikes, trail rides and bike rides, both easy and sporty. Between 2 lakes, Lac de Paladru and Lac d'Aiguebelette, fishing, beaches and water sports await you.
If you're looking for adrenaline, caving, via ferrata, paragliding and other activities are close by, not forgetting visits to the Chartreuse's heritage and know-how, as well as winter activities.

The entire first floor is dedicated to guests, with two comfortable bedrooms: "La Joubarde" for 2 people and "Sauge" for 2 to 4 people.
There's also a lounge-library area and a large bathroom with Italian shower and bathtub to share (private bathrooms can be booked on request; please contact us for details and rates).

Breakfast and table d'hôtes, a place for sharing and exchange, feature products from nearby farms and local actors, as well as our own production. Served on the terrace or indoors, depending on weather and season.
*Gluten-free, lactose-free and vegetarian options available on request.
A summer kitchen is available if you don't want to eat in.
We offer our own products for sale (jam, nuts, honey and by-products).

Children are welcome and will enjoy the indoor games or the garden (tree house) and deckchairs, Ping-Pong table, visit to "Les Poulettes".
For bikes, motorcycles and sidecars, a closed shelter is available.

On reservation, enjoy a Well-being massage, beauty treatments or a visit to our apiary.

Our 2 comfortable rooms:
- La Joubarbe": 16 m² for 2 people, king-size bed 180x200 separable into 2x90x200
- La Sauge": 17 m² for 2 to 4 people, King size bed 180x190 separable into 2x90x190 + bed 90x200 and extra bed 90x200.
* Baby bed and equipment on request, wifi internet access, 1 hairdryer per room, mugs and kettle, access to laundry room on request (tumble dryer).

A48 - Exit 10 - Voiron Champfeuillet, follow signs for Bourg en Bresse, Chirens. In Chirens, at "Le Fagot", turn right towards Saint Nicolas de Macherin, Saint Etienne de Crossey. After about 2 kms, turn left in the direction of Merlas, Saint Sixte Le Lac. Another 6 kms and you've reached your destination. (Lyon : 1 hour , Grenoble : 35 minutes, Chambéry : 45 minutes
