The Brasserie Le 205, located in the heart of the Domaine de Dolomieu, invites you to savour the great classics of French cuisine and bistronomique, revisited with creativity. Enjoy an elegant atmosphere nestled in a natural setting of 20 hectares.
On the estate, at Les Cyprès, a contemporary space located next to the Château, Brasserie blends seamlessly with its modern, green surroundings thanks to an interior created with raw materials (wood, glass and leather), featuring blue and green, as well as mineral, plant and sunny notes.
It serves the great classics of bistro food, prepared by our team, including club sandwiches, tartare, burgers, salads, carpaccio and desserts, as well as regional specialities made by local producers, such as Dauphiné ravioli, frog’s legs, lake fish and cheese.
