250 m2 over 3 levels, a garage, a storage space for skis, shoes and bikes, as well as a laundry room on the ground floor. On the first floor, an open-plan kitchen with a central island and direct access to the living room and dining room. Very large living room with wood burning stove opening onto a
10 m2 south-facing balcony with impressive views. Access to the west terrace to enjoy the beautiful evenings and sunsets. The dining room is spacious and opens onto a large two-level north terrace.

A bedroom with a double bed is available on this floor and is located close to the bathroom and WC.
On the second floor, a large attic space with impressive beams serves as a second living room and library. Three bedrooms and a dormitory are available on this floor, as well as a large bathroom.
The chalet can sleep 13 people. It is located 15 minutes from Alpe d'Huez and 5 minutes from the Maronne chairlift, providing access to the Auris ski area. The atmosphere in this small village is calm and relaxing.
