Winter – Summer: Can accommodate 8 people in 98 m² on the ground floor of the house, completely renovated since 2021. It is located at the foot of the via ferrata, the waterfall, hiking trails, and just a 5-minute walk from the lake and 10 minutes from the ski slopes.
House built on the edge of the Cascade stream on 3,000 m² of flat land, with parking. Insulation with 2021 standards, with electric heating and a decorative wood stove. An outdoor, secure storage area is provided for equipment, skis, and mountain bikes. Garden furniture, parasol, and barbecue are available.
The ground floor features an entrance hall equipped for ski gear, a large living room with a wood stove and TV, and an open-plan fully equipped kitchen of 40 m². There are 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 4 single beds (2 bunk beds), 1 shower room, and 1 separate toilet.
Weekly rental: 500€–1,200€ depending on the season, electricity and firewood included. The house is already booked for the two weeks of the Christmas school holidays.
