Chalet Noisette 1.1 is a duplex apartment spread over the ground and first floors, with a garden and terrace. It offers magnificent views across the valley towards the Grandes Rousses mountain range and the Lia Fare waterfall. It is ideally located close to the cable car (150 m), shops, restaurants, the ice rink, the gym, and the swimming pool. A local representative is available to help you make the most of your stay.

The apartment has four bedrooms, each with a balcony or direct access to the terrace and garden. Two bedrooms have a double bed, one has two single beds, and the last has bunk beds.

This apartment, regularly occupied by its English owners, is very well equipped and furnished. The kitchen features Bosch appliances: induction hob, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, and dishwasher. A kettle, coffee makers (filter and Nespresso), and a toaster are also provided. On day 1, you will have access to high-speed Wi-Fi and a television with hundreds of channels in various languages. An Xbox 360 console (which also functions as a DVD player) and amplified speakers (which can be connected via Bluetooth to a mobile device) are also available.

The apartment includes two bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower. A large laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a heated drying rack. A private garage is available; it's the ideal place to store bicycles and ski equipment. Boot dryers are also available if needed. It is generally preferable to park vehicles in the nearby free covered public parking lot.
A high chair is available on site, and a baby cot can be provided upon prior request. Pillows, duvets, sheets, and towels are included.
