Chamrousse geocaching
Geocaching is a treasure hunt, available free of charge from the Geocaching® mobile app or the "geocaching.com" website.
It allows you to compose your adventure in Chamrousse by walking or hiking in the mountains with your GPS.
You have access to a map with geolocalized clues that allow you to discreetly find a cache and its treasure (usually a box or a cylinder, with a paper message in it, hidden by other geocachers).
There are many varieties of caches, levels of difficulty, riddles, terrain to cross... the plateau of Arselle, Lake Achard...
The objective is to walk and discover, sometimes the sport or the challenge, and it is a good reason to air in solo, with family, with friends.
Warning: unlike a classic treasure hunt, the discovered boxes must remain on site!
Each geocache contains at least one "logbook" it's like a small notebook that allows you to leave a trace of your passage.
