Perched at an altitude of 1200m above the Lac du Chambon, this modern chalet is located in an authentic Ferrand valley village and features a tastefully decorated interior. It is an ideal starting point for skiing in Les 2 Alpes or hiking on the Emparis plateau.

The village is located on the way up to the Col de Sarenne (Ferrand valley) near the Lac du Chambon.
There are many GR50-GR54 hiking trails and mountain bike trails from the village to the Emparis plateau with its lakes and mountain huts, as well as road biking with mythical passes such as the Lautaret, Galibier, Alpe d'Huez, La Bérarde, Ornons and Sarennes.

The apartment has a surface area of 110m² and can accommodate 8 to 10 people.

It has been awarded the "Accueil Cyclo Oisans - 1 vélo" label, meaning that it offers specific facilities and services for cyclists.
