Restaurant Dahu prepares dishes inspired by traditional Grenoble recipes using fresh Dauphinois produce, and has a wine list featuring exclusively Isère wines.

Restaurant Dahu is first and foremost the brainchild of two long-time friends from Grenoble. Head chef Geoffrey Loyer, a graduate of some of Grenoble's finest restaurants, will concoct traditional Dauphinois dishes using fresh produce, while maître d'hôtel Clovis Charvet will serve wines to match the dishes.

Opening hours

From 01/01 to 31/12 on Friday and Saturday between 12 pm and 2 pm and between 7 pm and 9.30 pm. On Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 7 pm and 9.30 pm.
