Domaine des Longs - Axel Glesser - Vigneron
Domaine des Longs aims to revive wine production in and around Brié et Angonnes: local, environmentally-friendly wine production under the organic farming label.
The grape varieties planted, such as Persan or Altesse, are local and adapted to the climate. To produce sparkling, white, rosé and red wines, we use a variety of vinification and ageing methods: vats, barrels and jars.
