Edith Berger & Jean Giono discovery trail
The Édith Berger-Jean Giono trail invites you to discover the artistic worlds of painter Édith Berger and writer Jean Giono in and around Lalley, through the landscapes of the Trièves.
8 panels, each featuring a work by Édith Berger, are installed along the 4.5km trail.
Access to the trail is free, and maps are available at the trailhead.
New for 2025: sound capsules accessible by scanning the QR codes with your smartphone allow you to listen to excerpts from Jean Giono's work read by actors from the Golem Théâtre company.
