I'm Patricia, Mountain Leader. I guide you on hikes, combining energetic practice in collaboration with Laetitia Adrien, energy specialist.
The Energy Walks are offered by the day, with a 9am-2pm option including a picnic break.
Energy walks are open to everyone, whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner.
The theme is different each time, depending on the time of year.
Energy walks can be scheduled on request for groups.
