High-altitude vegetables in summer

"Liqueurs des hauteurs", a taste of the mountains in your glass.
Cécile has created the "Liqueurs des hauteurs" range from local plants: mint, aniseed chervil, rhubarb and, of course, genepi. She grows or harvests these plants and transforms them into delicious aperitif or digestive liqueurs.
By working with plants grown in Villard-Reymond, Cécile aims to enhance the value of these local resources, and thus broaden the range of tastes on offer, rediscovering simple, original and, of course, delicious flavours.
