Gîte de caractère aménagé de plain-pied dans une belle bâtisse traditionnelle en pierres située aux portes du Vercors et de la Drôme. Vous disposerez d'une belle pièce de vie ouvrant sur une terrasse couverte de 15m² ou sur le jardin.

A characterful gite on one floor in a beautiful traditional stone building at the boundary of the Vercors and the Drome counties. There is a beautiful living room opening up onto a covered 15m² terrace or onto the garden. Bdr 1 (2 singles 90x200), Bdr 2 (1 double 140x200), toilet, washroom, garden with flowers, possibility of car-park inside the property, access to the swimming pool (from the end of March onwards it will be covered by a sliding shelter which will mean the water can be heated from April to mid-October). Underfloor heating, washing machine, dishwasher, flat screen TV, WIFI. The beds are made and towels provided. There is also a ping-pong table and French boules. Nearby: caves, steam boat, Peaugres safari, Palais du Facteur Cheval, vineyards, chocolate museum, Marques Avenue.
