Tucked away in the heart of Lake Monteynard, the campground runs along the shore and enjoys full exposure to the rising sun, offering a panoramic view of Mount Sénépy (1,760 m) and the Trièves Mountains. An exceptional site perfect for relaxation, recreation, and taking in the magnificent scenery.

Accommodations and campsites.
Rated 4 stars and certified with the Camping Qualité label, the Camping & Spa d’Herbelon offers:
“Comfort” and “Grand Comfort” mobile homes (2 to 6 people), located on the lakeshore, facing the lake, or on the lakeside.
Lodge tents (2 to 4 people) with private bathrooms, located on the lakefront.
“Lakefront” and “Lake View” bare campsites (starting at 70 m²) for tents, vans, trailers, or RVs (max. 7.50).

A parking area is available to free up space on your campsite, and the restrooms, located at the campground entrance, help preserve campers’ peace and quiet and unobstructed views.

Whatever you choose, enjoy comfortable, fully equipped, and carefully maintained accommodations designed for your well-being.

Recreation & Facilities
Enjoy a swimming pool with a wading pool, a playground (trampoline, inflatable play structure, home ball, slide), a ping-pong table, and a pétanque court.
The restrooms feature an accessible area and a baby care station.

As for amenities, you’ll find:
A wellness area by the lake, a fitness center, a grocery store, a “Maître Restaurateur” restaurant, an ice cream bar, and a lounge bar,
as well as a snack bar and pizzeria located 500 meters away at Vignes Beach.

Relaxation and fine dining by the lake.
Treat yourself to a wellness break in our relaxation area, and savor homemade cuisine at our Maître Restaurateur-certified restaurant. You can also enjoy the ice cream bar and lounge bar, both located alongside the restaurant on the lakeshore, offering a magnificent view of the lake and the mountains.
Just 500 meters away, you’ll also find a snack bar and pizzeria on Les Vignes Beach.
