Clément MARAIS raises his herd of goats and a few pigs in the hills, in the heart of the Villard Reculas alpine pastures. He offers a full range of goat cheeses—including tomme, raclette, and fresh goat cheese—as well as pork and goat meat, depending on the season.

Located at an altitude of 1,500 meters, the farm has a herd of Alpine goats whose milk is processed on-site. Working with the animals in a beautiful setting and making cheese are the aspects of his work that Clément enjoys the most. Producing in an environmentally responsible way is one of his main motivations.

- Fresh, semi-fresh, semi-dry, and dry goat cheese;

- Pork (in the fall).
