La Crêpe au Carré - The Village
Our concept is based on 5 pillars: smile, quality, speed, generosity and greed. Pancakes have been experiencing a revival of interest in recent years. The pancake is now an essential part of the French restaurant landscape
In a spirit of conviviality and generosity, we offer an all-you-can-eat self-service buffet for breakfast and afternoon tea. Focusing mainly on crêpes and waffles, we will provide a selection of whole-fruit jams and toppings, much like a hotel buffet. Hot drinks and fresh juices will also be available.
LUNCH AND DINNER (Eat-in or takeaway):
- OPTION 1: Customers take centre stage with fully customisable crêpes.
- OPTION 2: Simple, well-executed recipes based on classic favourites, allowing customers to find their bearings quickly.
We offer a range available à la carte and for takeaway.
Artisanal jams, ciders and vinegars will be displayed in a dedicated grocery section.

Le convive choisit sa base (froment, sarrasin, ou végan) à un prix très attractif et nous lui proposons un bar à ingrédients lui permettant de composer la crêpe de ses rêves. Nous proposons des toppings de 1 à 10 euros permettant ainsi d’offrir une carte des produits gourmands et nobles.
