We offer our large luxury chalet for seasonal rental in the famous Isère ski resort of Chamrousse 1750 - Roche Béranger, near Grenoble.
Chalet des Anges is available for rental at all times of the year.
This chalet, in typical Alpine style, is built with quality regional materials to bring you maximum pleasure and well-being during your vacation. You'll enjoy a wonderful stay that will leave you with incredible memories.
Large, fully-equipped 106 m² chalet on two levels: with 4 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms, 2 separate WCs, a large 40 m² living room with wood-burning stove (wood supplied) and convertible sofa, a relaxation area with Jacuzzi (2-person whirlpool bath). Large S/SW terrace.
At the foot of the ski slopes in winter. At the foot of hiking trails in other seasons.
Close to Chamrousse 1750 shops. Chalet des Anges is "ski-in, ski-out": 450 m from ski schools and 500 m from shops. Opposite the free shuttle bus stop. You can do everything on foot during your stay, no need for a car!
This Chalet offers every comfort: 106 m² + 40 m² terrace on a 950 m² wooded plot.

Possibility of "exit cleaning package"/ €150 extra (kitchen cleaning and rubbish removal are not included in the "exit cleaning package") to be booked on the day of arrival and paid for on site.
RATES :
Depending on the period, from 1300 € / week:
- Christmas or New Year's Day and winter vacation weeks: €2,500 / week
- Weeks outside the above periods: 1400 € / week
- Weekends ONLY OUTSIDE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS and on request: 600 € / weekend,
- Other lengths of stay according to periods are possible on request.
Linen NOT provided: possibility of renting directly from the Conciergerie, who will provide you with an inventory of fixtures for entry/exit: sheets: 10€/bed linen. Towel: €2/person. 1€ / tea towel. Prices for guidance only, in addition to the rental price, to be reserved in case of shortage...
The house must be completely cleaned before departure. Thank you for your understanding! - Possibility of an "exit cleaning package" in addition: 100 € (kitchen cleaning and garbage removal are not included in the "exit cleaning package") Price for information only, in addition to the rental price - A deposit cheque for 800 € (security deposit) and another for 100 € (cleaning deposit) are requested on arrival and returned on departure if everything is ok.
Arrival time between 4:00 pm and 10:00 pm and departure time between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm.
