A very pretty & characterful gite in a traditional stone building. On the ground floor, there is an open kitchen & lounge area giving onto a terrace and with its garden furniture, utility room (washing machine-dryer, toilet). 1st flr.: Bdr 1 (1 double bed 160x200), Bdr 2 (2 single beds 120x190), washing facilities: shower & bath. Central heating, flat screen TV, car-park, shops in the village. Nearby: caves, recreational complexes, ponds, the ViaRhona greenway, the medieval villages of Perouges and Cremieu, local produce, etc. Possibility of access upon request to the owner's pond if you are keen on fishing
