The apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac surrounded by nature, ensuring a quiet and relaxing stay.
You’ll reach it via a wide, sloping path and a wooden staircase leading to a large 25 m² terrace.

An entryway leading to the fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate 1 adult or 1 child and 1 adult (sleeping area: 125x210), 1 master bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed that sleeps 2 people, and a sleeping area with a triple bunk bed that sleeps 3 people (1 140x200 cm bed on the bottom and 1 90x200 cm bed on top).
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, double sinks, a towel warmer, and a washing machine.

OUTDOORS
You’ll also have access to a large 25 m² terrace facing southeast, equipped with a barbecue and outdoor furniture.

A private parking space is provided, and public parking is available 100 meters from the property.

A secure storage area is available for your cycling gear.

You’re just a few minutes’ drive from the village center (shops, swimming pool, climbing wall, skate park, medical center, restaurants, public service office, ATM), the “Eau d’Olle Express” gondola, which connects to the Oz-en-Oisans resort and the vast Alpe d’Huez ski area, as well as just a few minutes from Lake Verney and its water sports center.

HELPFUL TIP:
A heated and secure ski and boot locker is available free of charge at the base of the Eau d’Olle Express chairlift.
