Passionate about cooking, Cedric Gondrin will take you on a trip to the Reunion Island through his refined cooking. At lunch time, the Grand Ilet restaurant offers both Reunion and traditional French cooking.
Diplômé de l'école hôtelière Lesdiguières à Grenoble (2004), Cédric Grondin a voulu enrichir son savoir. Pour ce faire il a travaillé pour les plus grands, parcourant différentes régions.
