The apartment faces southeast and offers a spectacular panoramic view of the Écrins Massif and the Muzelle. Sunlight streams into the studio through the large picture window, ensuring maximum comfort.

The apartment is located on Place des Écrins, in the Les Martagons B building, right above the Sherpa, the children’s playground, the bouncy castle, the mini-golf course, the pétanque court, the ski lifts, the Intersport rental shop, and the restaurant “Le Schuss.”

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 separate areas, divided by a door:
- an 18-square-meter living room with a sofa bed and a TV for cozy evenings
- a sleeping area with two bunk beds, allowing children to sleep peacefully while parents unwind at the end of the day in their own space

The living area consists of an 18-square-meter space with a kitchenette—a place to share moments with family or friends—and a sitting area with a sofa bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with appliances, including a 4-burner stovetop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a microwave, 1 dishwasher, 1 fondue set for 8 people, 1 raclette set for 4 people, 1 salad spinner, 1 coffee maker, 1 kettle, 1 toaster, 1 spacious closet, 3 storage units, and all the necessary tableware for 4 people (plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.).

The studio also features a balcony spacious enough for 4 people to enjoy a meal. It is furnished with 2 tables and 4 chairs.

The bathroom includes a wall-mounted clothes rack, a storage cabinet, and a hair dryer. The hallway features a wall closet and a shelf for storing belongings.

The studio also includes one elevator and one private ski locker. We also provide access to the “Le Comptoir de Dorine” concierge service to assist you with any needs during your stay and to handle the handover and return of the apartment keys.

Please leave the dishes clean when you leave. The concierge passes between each traveler and informs us. If any crockery is broken, please inform us so that we can replace it before the next guests arrive. Keys are handed over and deposited at the Comptoir de Dorine, a local concierge located on the Place des Orgières, inside the resort's tobacconist's shop.
