L'écoquartier Blanche-Monier
The Blanche Monier eco-district is located in the Ile Verte district.
The district includes 50% social housing, two public facilities and an area reserved for commercial activities.
The city of Grenoble is initiating a process of architectural and technical reflection, with the aim of reducing construction costs while designing ecologically efficient buildings. It's a call for innovation and research with building owners, architects and construction engineers to meet the challenge of sustainable housing.
